At the 2 week mark I had a follow up appointment more focused on stress and anxiety relief. Sean has a way of talking with you that just eases your mind and helps you see things in a new light.     Sean changed my life and how I view myself in ways I never imagined. In my early 60s, after many hours of talk therapy off and on since my teens, I considered myself a finished product incapable of further change. My key goal in seeing … More Sean was to stop the near constant voice of self hatred in my head that made me wonder how long I could live with it wearing me down. The change after just one session was dramatic and astonishing. Not only was the voice gone, I felt lighter and freer as a result, happier and less likely to second guess my actions and more patient with myself and others. Its been several weeks since my last session with Sean and I can honestly say the positive effects of the hypnosis have not diminished. I'm more positive about future possibilities for change, growth and experiences. Overall a worthwhile expenditure. I'm so glad I did it.

    I had been eyeing Sean’s services for about a year and finally took the plunge. I wanted to break a really bad habit that I had been doing for 24+ years. After ONE session, I quit. It was unbelievable. I had a total of three sessions … More booked so the final two he helped me with anxiety, positive thinking, and self confidence. Those will take a bit more time but my mom noticed a difference immediately. I respond to people much more calmly since majority of my thoughts are now good ones instead of mostly negative, if not all negative. I wasn’t aware that was something I could even change. I figured I had been dealt the cards I was given and that was that. I highly recommend Sean. Not only is he a great hypnotist, he’s a great therapist. Tells it like it is, gives great advice, and helps you realize things about yourself you may not have understood previously. He figured me out in about 10 minutes during the first session. Sean was awesome. My mother was in stage 4 Pancreatic cancer and she was very anxious. My mother wasn't expecting much from the session but came out very relaxed and calm afterwards, and wanting another session. She listened to his recording when she would begin to feel anxious and it eased her mind each time. I cannot be more grateful to Sean and the gift he gave her and our family the last few weeks of her life.
