I was also taking all senior level classes. I figured it might have been the hypnosis I did in NYC.
    Fast forward to May of 2020, after the pandemic hit, and I started getting depressed... relationship issues, stress, anxiety, and lack of motivation.
    I decided to see Sean, and in hindsight, it was probably one of the best decisions of my life.
    Not only is Sean a good hypnotist, therapist, listener, healer- he's someone who has struggled like the rest of us. You can tell he has a genuine desire to help you and does the best he can.
    He also helped cure my shy bladder syndrome. Thanks Sean!

    There was a spider just free hanging upside down.
    I saw it as I walked through the doorway. I even said

    30 years of freaking out. Gone now!
    My initial shock had me sitting in confusion. For most the day!

    Sean changed my life and how I view myself in ways I never imagined. In my early 60s, after many hours of talk therapy off and on since my teens, I considered myself a finished product incapable of further change. My key goal in seeing … More Sean was to stop the near constant voice of self hatred in my head that made me wonder how long I could live with it wearing me down. The change after just one session was dramatic and astonishing. Not only was the voice gone, I felt lighter and freer as a result, happier and less likely to second guess my actions and more patient with myself and others. Sean was awesome. My mother was in stage 4 Pancreatic cancer and she was very anxious. My mother wasn't expecting much from the session but came out very relaxed and calm afterwards, and wanting another session. She listened to his recording when she would begin to feel anxious and it eased her mind each time. I cannot be more grateful to Sean and the gift he gave her and our family the last few weeks of her life.
