Sean changed my life and how I view myself in ways I never imagined. In my early 60s, after many hours of talk therapy off and on since my teens, I considered myself a finished product incapable of further change. I had been eyeing Sean’s services for about a year and finally took the plunge. I wanted to break a really bad habit that I had been doing for 24+ years. After ONE session, I quit. Those will take a bit more time but my mom noticed a difference immediately.
