Nancy is “Elated” to be Eating Well!

“I’m 58 years old and I’ve been through this before. They always said ‘eat until you’re full’ and I’d say ‘I don’t know when that is,’ but this is the first time now I’m actually realizing that I’m full.

There’s no compulsion… I’m not looking through the cabinets for food because I don’t need to. I don’t have that need anymore because it’s so natural. I’m not feeling deprived. I’m feeling balanced. I feel like I’m a skinny person. I had a moment where I said ‘I think this is what’s normal.’

I’m wanting to exercise. I want that good feeling. It’s not that I have to… it’s that I want to feel that way.

I am just so elated that I really feel that that everything I dream about for my future… I have a level of confidence now that all of those things will come to be, and it’s not a pipe dream.

In a few weeks, I feel like I’m actually living an active part of my dream for the future… and it’s fun!”
